FBA is looking for a number of senior consultants to be included in a framework agreement for the next four years. The purpose of the framework agreement is to have a network of qualified consultants who can support FBA’s unique work on Gender-responsive leadership (GRL). Specific tasks include contributing to the planning and implementation of GRL learning programmes for leaders and managers in the EU/OSCE/UN and other international, regional and national organizations, and support the capacity building on GRL through other areas of work including development of capacity building materials. In addition, we are looking for senior consultants to support FBA:s work on institutional capacity building for gender mainstreaming and training of gender equality experts. The tasks may be carried out both remotely and on site, depending on the specific requirements of each assignment.
We are seeking three separate categories of consultants with a strong background and competence in the following thematic areas:
- Gender equality work, with a particular focus on promoting leaders’ skills to drive gender equality work within their organizations.
- Leadership capacity building, with general knowledge and experience of gender equality work for leaders.
- Gender equality work, with expertise in gender mainstreaming and institutional capacity development.
The procurement is divided into the above three categories of consultants. Tenderers are invited to submit a tender for one, two or all three of the categories.
