Hello SAPC!
NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education is collecting information about a range of issues related to sexual and relationship violence prevention and response on campus. The questions within this survey are related to an array of federal and state level policies that impact the work of campus administrators whose roles involve working on sexual and relationship violence prevention and response. The results of this survey will be used to connect with the Department of Education, legislators, and other policymakers to help them understand how different sexual assault policies have impacted the on-the-ground work that these professionals do on campus. The questions in the brief survey will cover the following topics:
· Survivor advocate confidentiality, status as CSA under Clery, and salary funding sources; · Impacts of 2020 Title IX regulations on campus policies and procedures; · Support personnel for reporting and responding parties in Title IX hearings
This survey should take approximately 10-minutes to complete. Please be assured your individual responses will remain confidential and no individuals or institutions will be identified in any reports or presentations based on this survey.
