We had a wonderful experience with Yasmin Miller, who I believe used to be head of such research at Cornell and the president of an association of survey/data collection university people. (Sorry I don't remember which one.)  She did a climate survey for us, and I have recommended her many times.  She knows exactly what you need to do, and she explains it all.  Contact information below.
