Subject: 2021 ATIXA State of the Field Survey is Now Open

Dear colleagues,

Since 2015, ATIXA has surveyed the field of Title IX every few years to provide benchmark data regarding items such as budgeting proposals, Title IX Team reporting structures, physical department location, internal and external hearing processes, and Title IX team member salaries.

This year, ATIXA will reach an exciting milestone and celebrate our official 10-year anniversary. Our ability to lead and be at the forefront of providing guidance and support to the field is due in part to the consistent feedback we receive from practitioners.

In order to gather formal feedback from those professionals, ATIXA is pleased to launch our 2021 State of the Field Survey. Your participation is vital to capture important nationwide touchstones across all aspects of Title IX work.

Although the survey is anonymous, there is an option to provide your contact information to be considered for a weekly drawing for valuable ATIXA products and trainings. The survey is separated into two sections, the first part will take about 30 minutes to complete. There is a second section that will take about 15 minutes, as well as provide additional weekly drawing incentives. The survey will close for responses at 11:59pm ET, Friday, July 2, 2021.

This survey is completely different than our recent 2021 Member Survey. This survey will capture data from the overall field of Title IX. You do not need to be a member to complete this survey.
The survey platform requires you to complete the survey once you begin. You will not have the ability to save your progress and complete it later.

We greatly appreciate your feedback in advance as we strive to provide you with this valuable data, results will be available in the fall of 2021.
