Greetings from Washington University in St. Louis, CAPPA!

 

The Relationship & Sexual Violence Prevention Center (RSVP Center) at Washington University in St. Louis is hiring for a new Assistant Director. This position would play a critical role in the leadership of the RSVP Center by assisting the Director in ensuring the Center provides trauma-informed inclusive services and evidence-based education and programming regarding sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, dating or domestic violence, and stalking. The assistant director (AD) would assume responsibilities for critical decisions regarding clinical care and employee support. The AD would assume responsibility for day-to-day operations in the absence of the Director. Regular job duties include serving as a primary counselor, practicum student oversight, management of clinical groups to include assessment, evaluation, and budgets.
