Dear colleagues,

 

I am a student in the Higher Ed Leadership Doctoral Program at Manhattanville College, in New York and just received my IRB approval to begin my research, attached to this note.  My dissertation is a qualitative study exploring college students’ understanding of the decision-making process to intervene in a potential sexual assault situation. 

It is time to begin conducting interviews and I am respectfully requesting your assistance in recruitment.  I will be doing the interviews via video-chat and participants will receive a small thank you gift for their time. 

I would greatly appreciate you passing along this recruitment opportunity to your students, the flyer is below and also attached.  I know this is a tough time of the academic year, but I am hopeful that students may be willing to conduct the interviews over the holiday break, when they may have more free time.  I know you all are extremely busy and greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.
