Final Title IX regulations have spent months under review by Education Department attorneys in anticipation of legal challenges, clarify when off-campus violations are covered, retain cross-examination by representative of parties, and are currently under regulatory review by OMB which has public input meetings scheduled through January per Washington Post reporting.
