It's very heteronormative, but "Why does he do that" and other companion readers by Lundy Bancroft have been life-changing for both me as a practitioner and for the survivors I've shared it with.

It's a narration of about 30 women's experiences with sexuality and agency - it's the first book I read where I realized some of my past relationships were actually pretty unhealthy.
