The Department of the Navy and SUNY Partner for First Regional Discussion of Sexual Violence and Harassment Prevention: Hosted by SUNY Chancellor Dr. Kristina M. Johnson and Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer: September 5, 2019; SUNY Global Center; New York City

 

We are pleased to announce that, on September 5, 2019, SUNY will proudly partner with the United States Department of the Navy to host the first Regional Discussion on Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment: Achieving Cultural Change Through Data and An Evaluation Mindset. The agenda (which will have a few additions as the date approaches) and Save the Date are attached. We have been working extensively with Navy leadership to bring this event to pass and will be bringing an all-star lineup of presenters from SUNY campuses, the Service Academies and Department of Defense, and universities and agencies across the nation (the Detailed Agenda includes a current list of speakers).

 

With significant financial and other support from SUNY and the Department of the Navy, we are able to offer a discounted registration rate of only $50 (inclusive of all content, materials, meals, and refreshments).
