The ATIXA Leadership Team and Conference Committee are pleased to announce the Inaugural 2019 ATIXA West Coast Annual Conference, scheduled for October 28-October 30, 2019 at the Silverado Resort & Spa in Napa Valley, California. We look forward to bringing an abbreviated version of our Conference to California for the first time this year. We will separately hold our ATIXA East Coast Annual Conference in Philadelphia, PA, September 30-October 3, 2019 at the Philadelphia 201 Hotel. We have put together a fantastic speaker and presentation list for all members and conference participants.

ATIXA welcomes William Kidder, Special Assistant to the Associate Chancellor – ADA & Whistleblower Compliance, University of California, Santa Cruz as our Opening Keynote Address. Bill will discuss the Preponderance of Evidence Standard. ATIXA also announces that ATIXA President Brett Sokolow, J.D., Vice President Daniel Swinton, J.D., Ed.D., Co-founder Saundra Schuster, J.D., and Co-founder W. Scott Lewis, J.D., will lead a Closing Keynote Address on the Title IX Landscape. It is a rare occurrence and generally once a year treat to hear Brett, Daniel, Saunie, and Scott all present together, another great reason to join us in California!

Conference Registration Inclusions
Conference registration fee includes the attendee welcome reception, breakfast, morning beverage service, lunch, and an afternoon snack break each day. Additionally, all exhibitor materials, conference session materials, and ATIXA-developed supplemental materials are also included. All other meals, lodging, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the participants.

Conference registration is not included in the pre-conference training opportunities. A separate registration fee is required for general conference attendance.

Call for Proposals

In addition to our keynote and featured speaker sessions, the Conference Committee welcomes proposals for concurrent sessions for the 2019 ATIXA West Coast Annual Conference. The Call for Proposals closes on Friday, July 12^th, 2019. We look forward to reviewing your proposals and submissions!

Pre-Conference Sessions

Looking to complete certification training, along with a great networking opportunity? We have a stellar line-up of Pre-Conference Opportunities available, including a brand new Title IX Hearing Officer and Decision-Maker Training & Certification Course. Please note that there are no Post-Conference Opportunities available at the ATIXA West Coast Annual Conference.

Scholarship Applications

In service to the field, ATIXA welcomes the submission of scholarship applications for the upcoming West Coast Annual Conference and ATIXA Training Courses as part of our pre-conference opportunities. These scholarships aim to assist our colleagues in their professional development and commitment to their chosen profession. Scholarships will be awarded to applicants based upon written responses to application questions. Applications must be received by Monday, July 8^th, 2019 for full consideration.
