Dear Colleagues:

Two weeks ago, you may have received a first request for you or a member of your institution to take part in our study. As outlined in our previous email, our names are Jennifer Henkle and Jill Dunlap and we are currently conducting a landscape analysis of respondent services on campuses, specifically for support in cases involving sexual misconduct, relationship violence, and stalking. This study is designed for campus administrators whose roles involve supporting respondents through misconduct cases or those familiar with the process for providing respondent services on your campus.

The goal of the study is to ascertain the prevalence of respondent services on campuses, the institutional positionality of those services, and how those support services operate. We will be sharing the information collected following an analysis of responses and trends in order to allow the development of formal contemporary standards of practice within the growing field of respondent service programs.

This is just a friendly reminder that the survey will remain open until January 31, 2019. If you have been involved in the creation of respondent services at your current institution and are interested in taking part in this survey, please visit https://uky.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_88uYzoQ4fcxo3cN. If you have not been involved in the creation of or do not work with respondent services at your institution, please share this survey with colleagues at your institution who may be better suited to answer the questions.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Jennifer at  or Jill at

Sincerely,
