Our university is considering implementing a climate survey for faculty and
staff; perhaps graduate students as well. It is intended to get a 10,000
foot view of the climate in academic departments regarding harassment and
civility generally and then perhaps to follow up with focus groups and other
interventions. We would like to keep it short to encourage folks to respond.
Has anyone done a similar survey and is willing to share the questions asked?
Thanks!
