Hey Folks!

The University of Alaska Anchorage is seeking a Director for the Office of Equity and Compliance/Title IX Coordinator.  This is an executive position reporting directly to the Chancellor.  The focus of the position is orchestrating the University's response to claims of civil rights violations with special emphasis on the unique requirements for educational institutions under Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and the Violence Against Women Act.  The position will also lead efforts in education and prevention aimed at promoting a safe learning, living and working environment on all UAA campuses throughout South Central Alaska for all campus stakeholders.
