The country’s interest is currently captured by the topic of workplace sexual harassment, with the public and private sectors alike asking what they can do to respond to and prevent sexual harassment. We’re pleased to share a recent publication, Key Findings of the Select Task Force on the Study of Harassment in the Workplace  Our report highlights key findings from a year-long study on workplace harassment conducted by a task force of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The report includes statistics gathered by the EEOC related to workplace harassment as well as the task force’s recommendations on compliance training and bystander intervention.

It is our hope that this report will be a valuable resource for those who feel galvanized to learn more about preventing workplace harassment. Not only is the information essential for those in leadership positions and human resources, but these key findings are an asset to any advocate working on a compelling case for stopping and preventing harassment.
