All,
I received one recommendation which was for courtorderedclasses.com. They have an online form on their site that they will respond to fairly quickly. A colleague and I spoke with one of their employees, Arsen, who answered all of our questions and provided a demo.

Dear Colleagues,
Because BIPs that allow non-court-mandated participation are rare in some areas (i.e., rural locations), I am wondering if anyone has had a positive experience with an online provider that uses the Duluth model and allows for elective participation?
Please feel free to send any recommendations directly to me (), and I will compile a list to send back out to the group.
Many thanks in advance for your assistance.
