In light of the ongoing dialogue about expected changes to Title IX guidelines, I put together a brief overview of similar Clery Act requirements that are not subject to this type of change in my latest blog. It is also important to note that in addition to affording protections for survivors, the Clery Act also provides a framework of procedural safeguards for the accused that are intended to guard against the types of cases being cited as examples of why reforms are needed in the Title IX guidelines. -- S.
