Summary: The Assistant Director for the Safe Office oversees comprehensive response and prevention efforts related to issues of sexual and relationship violence affecting students of the Reynolda Campus of Wake Forest University. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Director include leading the coordination of the University’s response systems related to sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking, providing confidential crisis response and case management to students, and facilitating the University’s comprehensive sexual and relationship violence prevention program focusing on prevention of sexual assault, domestic/intimate partner violence, and stalking. The Assistant Director works closely with campus constituents including University Police and Title IX Office to facilitate a variety of violence prevention initiatives and promote healthy behaviors related to these issues among students.
