The Weber State University Women's Center has an opening for a Program Specialist! Our department focuses on addressing and ending all forms of discrimination, violence, and oppression and fostering healthy relationships and communities that work together to prevent the recurrence of these forms of domination.

The Program Specialist will oversee the Women's Center Social Justice, Action and Resource Program, and supports the Women's Leadership and Professional Development program, in coordination with the Women's Center Director. The Program Specialist meets weekly with the student staff to develop and implement programs and events congruent to the Women's Center mission and strategic plan. Additionally, the Program Specialist helps to provide Safe@Weber Violence Prevention training and provides backup Safe@Weber Advocacy Services as needed. 

Minimum qualifications include a master's degree in student affairs, social work, public health, education, educational leadership, gender studies or related field.
