Denise,

Is the institution or the respondent looking for counsel?  I believe I can make some connections for you if it is for the institution.

Message me off list if you need help.

Thank You,

Hi Denise,

The Victim Rights Law Center (link below) may be able to help directly or connect you with someone who can. Their whole mission is sexual assault related (which I am somewhat assuming re: Title IX).

best,

Lisa

Dear Colleagues,

I am seeking an attorney to support a doctoral student complainant in a Title IX action.  The matter went through the investigative process and the respondent was found to have violated policy.  It was recommended he be suspended from The University of California, San Francisco for two years.  The respondent is appealing the decision and has the support of a criminal defense attorney and a private investigator.

Thank you for your consideration.

Best Regards,

Denise
