At Duke, we use Advocate by Symplicity to track all our student misconduct cases. They've made some modifications over time to meet our needs. We've just signed a contract with the company for GME Advocate, a similar program for employee matters.  One caveat - as of now, at least, the two programs don't talk with each other.

Subject: Title IX Case Management and Documentation Software

Good afternoon all,

I hope this message finds you well.  I am sending this request out to two listservs, so I apologize if you receive it twice.

I am wondering if any of your schools have purchased software to help track Title IX investigations and case documentation?  If so, is there specific software that you would recommend (or suggest avoiding)?

Also, for any of you who have purchased this kind of software, have you used it for other purposes beyond Title IX, such as tracking other bias related incidences on campus, other types of conduct issues such as alcohol/drug sanctions, etc., or have you solely used it for Title IX-specific cases?

I work at Simmons College, which is a small institution in Boston.  We are looking for economical and practical options for case management and record documentation. Any guidance you can share would be great!

Thank you in advance, and wishing you all a wonderful (and hopefully restful) summer.

Sincerely,
