Dear colleagues,

ATIXA announces free, online discussion opportunities for those interested in learning more about how to apply the content of the The ATIXA Playbook to today’s work. The Playbook is the only guidance of its kind in the field, and is an indispensable tool for those who are charged with making the right decisions on sexual misconduct allegations on college and university campuses. Be a part of this valuable conversation.

Using commonly asked questions and themes from the ATIXA member listserv as discussion prompts, the authors of The Playbook may provide guidance on:

·      Procedures and Best Practices – Sharing information with the Reporting and Responding Parties

·      Faculty Members, Free Speech, and Title IX

·      Intoxication and Incapacitation

·      Confidentiality: Issues and Considerations

·      Coercion and the Reality of the Relationship – How to Distinguish Coercion from Negotiation

·      Assessing Credibility

Register today for a free 45-minute conversation with the authors of The ATIXA Playbook. Choose from our six currently available discussion group opportunities:

·      Tuesday, July 11 at 12pm ET with Brett Sokolow, J.D.

·      Thursday, July 27 at 12pm ET with Anna Oppenheim, J.D.

·      Thursday, August 10 at 12pm ET with Scott Lewis, J.D.

·      Monday, August 22 at 12pm ET with Saundra Schuster, J.D.
