Dear members,

Please note that the 2017 ATIXA Research Grant application is now open: https://atixa.org/resources/researchgrants/

ATIXA provides $2500 research awards annually, given to those creating new and innovative research in the field of Title IX Compliance and Best Practices. The ATIXA Research award is granted based on the scope of the study, the contribution to the field and advancement of best practices. ATIXA encourages academic research and scholarship regarding sexual assault prevention, investigation, coordination, and administration at two- and four-year colleges and universities.

Research studies may include quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-method designs and should follow American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines. Research should address questions important to the field of sexual assault prevention, investigations, coordination, and/or administration of policy. Research should include implications for practice and future research.

Those chosen for the research awards will be expected to present the scope of their research during a 60-minute ATIXA online training and a 75-minute concurrent session at a future ATIXA/SCOPE Joint Conference.

The 2017 application for research grants is open through July 14, 2017. Questions can be directed to our team at .

Please help to spread the word!

Best,

Michelle
