In our survey of incoming students that completed Haven, we ask, "Have you experienced repeated and unwanted attention, harassment, or other form of contact from another person that has made you feel afraid?"

Based on post-course responses (n=354,624), here's what we see:

15% - Yes, before I arrived at my school as a student

4.5% - Yes, after I arrived at my school as a student

Big caveat: the 4.5% largely consists of students who are in their first 4-6 weeks on campus since so many of our schools are administering our primary training pre-matriculation and as students first arrive. Another caveat: this is all students, not just females. That said, that's almost 1 in 20 students with this experience before their first midterm...

Also worth noting is the 15% who are coming to college having already had a stalking experience.
