Our institution currently uses Haven, and we’re expanding it to make it available for everyone. However, our institution won’t mandate participation. We have a decent incentive program for incoming freshman that gives us a 90+% completion
rate, but those incentives won’t work for upper level and graduate students. Has anyone had any luck incentivizing participation in an online program when participation isn’t mandated, and are you willing to share what has worked?
