RAINN Now Offering Campus Call Center and Technology Services

We know how critical 24/7 sexual assault hotline services are to a campus community. We know the challenges of providing these services - from managing staff and volunteer coverage to addressing issues related to burnout and retention. RAINN wants to help campus service providers meet the needs of their campus communities by providing quality hotline crisis intervention services, around the clock, at an affordable cost. As more and more campuses are tasked with the creation of hotlines we are excited to be able to offer solutions that will ensure all survivors receive the help they deserve.

Join us for an open house to learn more:
Thursday, May 26, 1pm-4pm Eastern
1220 L Street, NW, Suite 505
Washington, DC 20005

Can't make it in person? RSVP and choose 'remote option'

Telephone Crisis Intervention Services in English and Spanish:
Partnering with RAINN for telephone hotline services ensures trained, qualified, supervised sexual assault staff are available 24/7, in English and Spanish, to support your campus community with telephone crisis intervention, empathetic listening and warm handoffs to designated local service providers. You choose whether you would route to RAINN staff 24/7, or just after hours.

Online Crisis Intervention Services in English and Spanish:
The Online Hotline service is an opportunity for your campus to provide secure and anonymous online hotline crisis intervention services - customized for your community. The hotline is branded as your school's service, however RAINN provides the staffing and technology. You choose whether you would route to RAINN staff 24/7, or just after hours.

Online Hotline and Helproom Software Licensing:
We provide the technology and you provide the staff. RAINN's Online Hotline and/or Helproom licensing partnership is an opportunity to license RAINN's online hotline and helproom software for your school's own use. Provide one-on-one crisis support to survivors via the online hotline or provide online group/peer support with the helproom. RAINN's online technology platforms were created to meet the secure needs of victim service organizations; with safety and confidentiality as the highest priority. The current platforms are a result of over 10 years of ongoing development, resulting in intuitive, victim-centered technology platforms that can easily adapt to your organization's needs.

If you have questions, please contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline Director, Candice Lopez, at or 202-544-2348.
