The Substance Abuse Prevention and Education, Director provides leadership and guidance for the University programs directed at high risk activities focusing on alcohol and drug use. Programs and services include educational programs, social programs and research and evaluation. Under limited supervision, the director serves as the liaison between the university and community when addressing substance abuse. This is a key position to deal with critical social issues affecting University of South Carolina students, their families and faculty/staff. 

 

Master's degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 2 years related experience, or bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience.
