Recent legislation in MN requires post-secondary institutions to enter into a MOU with the primary local law enforcement agencies that serves its campus. Institutions are exempt if they establish or are part of a sexual assault protocol
team. We are looking for both resources and experiences that can help inform us as we craft a MOU template and some sample campus protocol language.
