Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share some information on free campus-related resources from
Futures Without Violence, in case they can be helpful to your work or to the student advocates you may work with. We have developed a few different things that we are
happy to share—the only cost is a $10 shipping fee (for an unlimited amount of materials).
The
Hunting Ground film Action Toolkit: Many of you have already seen this gripping documentary that
explores the rampant issue of sexual assault on college campuses across the country. After watching the film, you may feel enraged, frustrated, disheartened, or stunned by the widespread inaction to address sexual violence on U.S. college campuses. Or perhaps
you’re feeling inspired by the courage of survivors and activists featured in the film. Now is the time to channel all those feelings into action. This toolkit empowers key audiences—students, parents, alumni, faculty, advisors and administrators—with ways
to participate. The toolkit is available in hard copy and pdf.

Who’s
Got Your Back? Is a safety card designed for college-aged women and men. The card details the high prevalence of sexual assaults on campus, defines consent and offers strategies about how to increase personal safety and prevent sexual assault. Information
is included on what to do following an assault, emergency contraception, how to support friends, and tips for male allies. A QR code is provided for the safety app “Circle of 6”, and referrals are given for the National Sexual Assault Hotline and Planned Parenthood
for further support. This card may be provided to all students during new student orientation, distributed during campus events, and routinely shared with students by on-campus health care providers, resident assistants, college administrators and women’s
resource center staff, among others. The card may also be placed in private areas such as restrooms, and stocked on bulletin boards and in clinic exam rooms for people to take independently. This 4-panel double sided tool folds up to the size of a business
card (3.5″ x 2″). Clinical guidelines for using the safety card in campus health centers are coming soon. (*When you put these in your cart it looks like there is a 300 quantity cap, but once in your cart you can amend this amount to a larger quantity
on the checkout page.) https://secure3.convio.net/fvpf/site/Ecommerce/732650604?VIEW_PRODUCT=true&product_id=2361&store_id=1241
