Catharsis Productions is hosting a training and you are invited!  We have one question for you: Are you ready to join the Force of Awesome?

 

The Force of Awesome Institute is a 4 day anti-violence educator training program brought to you by the folks at Catharsis Productions. Our mission is to reinvigorate the training component of the anti-violence movement, imbuing it with energy, data, and skill. This institute will strengthen even the most seasoned trainer and educator.

 

Important Institute Information:

Institute Dates: October 12, 2015 – October 15, 2015

•  Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm

•  Institute held at Catharsis Productions' offices: 700 N. Green St. Chicago, IL 60642

•  Institute Lodging at the Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro Hotel: 733 W. Madison St. Chicago

•  Institute rate is $194 plus tax

•  Must book hotel by September 21^st, 2015

 

 

Registration and fee deadlines:

•  Register by September 7th - Institute Fee: $750 plus travel and lodging

•  Register by September 28th - Institute Fee: $850 plus travel and lodging

•  Register after September 28th - Institute Fee: $950 plus travel and lodging

The Force of Awesome Institute was designed to change the paradigm of prevention education and educator training programs. Its focus is on enabling educators to develop and hone both their curriculum development and analysis, and provide coaching and direction that profoundly improves their presentation delivery and ability to connect with diverse and challenging audiences. We believe that coaching and fostering analytical ability in a community of trainers to be the core of an effective train-the-trainer model, and one that has been sorely absent from our collective practice.

 

We are not just creating passionate orators who merely inspire; our educators will have the ability to translate their causes into purposeful, actions that may be immediately taken by their audiences.  Our combined 37 years of training experience will take your skills from good to great.
