Hello, all!

I am looking to gather information from other colleges (with particular interest in small, private colleges) on what your process is for Title IX cases involving faculty. Any information would be helpful, but in particular:
  • Does your process differ if a student or a faculty member is the complainant?
  • Do you use Title IX investigators that investigate student cases to also investigate faculty?
  • Who serves on your hearing board for the case, and do they decide both responsibility and sanctions (or do you have a Dean/Human Resources do one/both parts)?
  • Do you recommend a sanctioning range?
  • Who serves on the appellate board?
I would be happy to compile answers and provide to anyone interested. Thank you!

Take care,

Elizabeth
