Hello colleagues!
I wanted to share some exciting new job opportunities available at the University of Michigan. First-year students at UM are exposed to multiple learning opportunities related to sexual violence prevention. They are required to complete an online course during the month of August that covers sexual assault and alcohol-related topics. During the months of September and October, they are required to attend an in-person, interactive healthy relationships workshop called Relationship Remix. During the months of October and November, they are required to attend a theater-based bystander intervention workshop called Change It Up.
The goal is to make these three Student Life programs more combined, aligned, cohesive, and mutually reinforcing so that the impact on students is that much greater. The Community Matters Program Manager position and Community Matters Project Coordinator position aim to do that! Please see detailed descriptions of the positions below and share with anyone who might be interested. We are on a tight timeline, so the positions are only open for one week. These are exciting new positions with tons of possibilities!
Thanks!
Anne
