Hi Colleagues,

 

I’m writing to let you all know that Middlebury College has created a new position for a second Associate Dean for Judicial Affairs and Student Life. This individual will be one of two judicial affairs officers (JAOs) playing a lead role in overseeing the adjudication of allegations of academic and non-academic conduct violations, including sexual misconduct, dating violence, etc. The JAO position also includes serving as part of a (great) team of Title IX designees in the area of conduct, which involves policy work, training of students, faculty and staff, and working with the external investigators who anchor our adjudication process.
