I would love to see your work represented and showcased to this conference audience, just let me know if you have any questions!

The ATIXA/SCOPE Joint Conference Committee is soliciting program proposals for its 2nd Joint National Conference, to be held October 6th – 9th, 2015 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 
  • The Call for Programs closes on Friday, May 29th, 2015. 
  • Notifications of acceptance/rejection will go out electronically by Friday, June 26th, 2015. 
  • Concurrent sessions are 75 minutes long. 
Selections will be based on the relevance to the topics of Title IX and the Campus SaVE Act as they relate to the following areas: 
  • A foundational understanding 
  • Policy and process implementation and development 
  • Athletics 
  • Investigations and hearings 
  • K-12 
  • Best practice on your campus or in your school 
  • Law enforcement, litigation and/or legislation
  • Sexual assault
  • Stalking
  • Domestic or dating violence 
  • Bystander intervention
  • Consent 
  • Discrimination or retaliation 
  • Coordinator role 
  • Prevention, especially primary prevention 
  • Training 
  • Remedies
  • Reporting 
  • Victim services 
  • Educational campaigns 
  • Additional topic areas you consider to be pertinent to Title IX and the Campus SaVE Act 
In addition, selections will be based on the following criteria: 
  • Completeness, detail and professionalism of the proposal 
  • Willingness of presenters to facilitate roundtable discussions in addition to their concurrent session(s)
  • Evidence-based, promising and innovative model programs/practices are welcome 
  • Engaging format, presenters and/or concepts  
  • You are encouraged to submit multiple proposals
  • Co-presented sessions are encouraged
  • All presenters must register for the conference. There are no waived or reduced registration fees for presenters. 
  • You need not be an ATIXA member to attend, nor present. 
  • If accepted, presentation materials will be due on or before August 28th, 2015.
