Happy Friday friendly colleagues,
I hope you all are doing well. Our university is looking into different models to house advocacy. I am really leaning towards having advocacy housed under the guidance/umbrella of the Ombudsman. Before moving too far with this, I was wondering if you know of other colleges and universities that have housed advocacy under the Ombudsman? If so, what worked and what didn't?
Another area that I am looking into - is ideal staffing patterns for advocates and for outreach workers.
I look forward to any information or guidance you are comfortable sharing. I would be happy to compile the information and share with you all.
Thank you so much. I hope you all have a great weekend!
Warmly,
Jessica Krohn, LMSW
