Dear Colleagues:
I am cleaning up the list, so if you have any updates to your contact
information (address, phone, job, etc.), please let me know directly.

In addition, a gentle reminder as we approach the end of the academic year: if
you plan to go on vacation, or you are a 9-month employee and do not wish to
receive emails, PLEASE go into your account and set it on vacation mail or
no-mail.  This will make my life much less complicated.
