Hello, I am still working out our timelines but I can tell you that we do multiple fac/staff trainings a year to keep reporting and other related issues fresh in their minds. I have some set-up for summer with the idea that fac/staff may have more time but with vacations, I am not sure what the turn-out will be.

For students, we have our peer health educators do trainings throughout the year when requested by departments, teams, greek life, etc and we participate in the SAAM and RVAM programs that our women's center holds. I am trying to incorporate something into freshman orientation beyond the online trainings.

I'm helping a campus with their employee/staff/student trainings and campus-wide awareness programs.  As we organize, they wondered if anyone out there has a timeline of trainings/programs they are doing that they could see to help them figure out how they want to do theirs.  For example, they are trying to determine if they should do all employee trainings in the Fall or some in the Fall and some in the Spring.  They felt that seeing what other campuses were doing could help them get a hold on this.
