We also use titanium, and for the most part have been extremely satisfied in our ability to track all of those things you listed and also (important) have a single senior staff person review and accept or modify case notes of all advocates.  That has been helpful in the supervision of graduate student interns, new staff members, etc, and makes sure that at least one other person is reviewing every note.

Where Titanium does not serve our needs is that it is not a good tool to use as an incident database because it does not track incidents by date--it only tracks by client.  We use a separate database for our incident reporting data that is not used for client case management. I wish there were a way to mesh these two systems but it is not a functionality that titanium currently has.

Hi, Beth,

We use a wonderful electronic system called Titanium – specifically for University counseling centers:  http://www.titaniumschedule.com/Main/

We are able to track all the things you outlined in your letter.

Subject: Clinical/ Case Management Notes Template(s)?

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all settling back into routines after a relaxing winter break.

I working with our campus on integrating record keeping of  our gender violence response services into a secure and electronic clinical and case management note taking system (pyramed), currently used by our Student Health Service clinic.

In this process, we're having a difficult time creating templates for our team's clinical and case management notes and we're hoping that some of you may be willing to share what you use.

Our contact with individuals includes anonymous phone calls, in person meetings, or emails with parents, students (primary survivor and support persons), or faculty/staff.

Any examples that you are willing to share on or off list will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Warmly,

Beth Montplaisir
