Staff Clinician and Sexual Assault Services Specialist 

Provides direct counseling services and advocacy for students as well as campus education and training primarily around the topics of sexual assault and relationship violence.

Provides direct confidential health and mental health counseling clinical services to students experiencing the impact of trauma in their lives. Services provided are 
primarily for sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking. Will also provide direct 
services to students who are experiencing other health problems due to the impact of trauma. Works collaboratively with other health professionals in Health 
Education Services and on campus to coordinate care and resources. Works directly under the supervision of the Associate Director/Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Services.

Provides community education and promotes awareness about issues of sexual 
assault and primary prevention such as bystander intervention. 

Conducts educational and training workshops and presentations. 

Cultivates peer educator initiatives such as the Sexual Assault Peer Educators 
(SAPE).

Outreach education and training to raise awareness within the community. Primary prevention through working with student groups to develop culturally relevant and promising programs that are guided by evidence based prevention strategies, best practices, and student involvement.

Requirements:

Masters degree in counseling, social work, or other relevant health profession. 
Experience on college campus providing counseling services. 
Experienced educator, two to three years of higher education experience preferred. 
Group facilitation skills experience preferred.
Training as sexual assault victims advocate
Licensed or licensed eligible health professional
