I’ve seen the good ideas others have presented.  When training coaches, you might want to include information that they already have, such as the guide I’ve listed below.  I was a contributor to this guide and all Athletic Departments in NCAA now have it and are probably handing it out to their coaches as well.

Hi there,

UNC Greensboro created a curriculum called Coaching Coaches a couple years ago. They are now working on the next iteration that will look specifically at coaches' use of homo/transphobic language. NCCASA has partnered as a content expert on both of these projects. Here's the link:http://hhs.uncg.edu/wordpress/coaching-coaches/

Best,

Jen

Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone has done any trainings about sexual violence with athletic coaches that you would be willing to share or discuss?

Also, I am new to the group so I wanted to say thanks for all the great resources that have been shared on this list!

Thanks,

Jess
