Hello all:

I am gathering any formal responses, if there are any, to the HLS faculty letter of dissent to the Harvard's new sexual and gender misconduct policy. It woudl be particularly helpful if those responses also came from law scholars.

The original letter is here:

I have found the letter of rebuttal from HLS students published in the Globe (and worth a read):

Does anyone know of other responses?

Thanks!
HRM
