At the risk of self promoting my organization  I wholeheartedly recommend my colleague Lindy Aldrich at the Victim Rights Law Center. Lindy, too, has been a consultant to the feds on these issues. Perhaps more importantly, Lindy brings the perspective of the practical and the political in that she has represented and/or advised scores of students regarding their legal rights, negotiated on their behalf with educational institutions ranging from grade and middle schools to colleges and universities, technical schools, etc., as well as being a highly sought after trainer, presenting to college and university officials on how to correctly implement the mandates under title IX in a survivor centered way. She is passionate, forthright, and super knowledgeable lawyer with on the ground experience on these cases. She is also a smart and funny truth teller. Her email is . She is in our Boston office and I am in the Portland, Oregon, office so I cannot speak to her availability, etc. (I know she's traveling all over the country right now doing presentations and is in great demand but best to check with her directly if you are interested.)- Jessie
P.S. Later this month Lindy is doing a webinar on Title IX open to all OVW LAV grantees (and those eligible for a LAV grant). I will forward the registration information separately.

Holly Rider-Milkovich!  We are hosting a very similar conference in December and she is our keynote.  She's wonderful.  White house consultant, member of the SaVE negotiated rules committee and currently the director of univ of michigans SA office. She understands the legal and practical.

Good luck! When will your conference be?

Dear All,

We are discussing hosting a statewide conference for university administrators involved in implementing Title IX and Campus Save. Do y’all have any suggestions for speakers that can speak about implementation from both a legal and practical standpoint. Thanks, Sara
