Subject: OCR Protocol

Colleagues,

Are any of you familiar with the protocol that OCR follows when conducting an investigation on campus, with regard to contacting people they wish to interview?  Do they usually contact individuals directly or do they go through university counsel?  Please message me directly if you have insight at .  Thank you.

John
