Dear Colleagues,

We have heard rumors that some groups are making punches with lots of alcohol as well as lots of caffeine (ie, Monster or Red Bull).  It can create the situation where someone is very intoxicated but doesn't look intoxicated because of the caffeine.  So bystanders don't have the usual behavioral cues for stepping in.

I was wondering if others have heard of this happening.  It's very concerning to consider that tactics like this are being used.
