State DV coalitions often have them available to rent.  Also, I made this into an awareness program on 2 different campuses where student groups/floors, etc. would "adopt" a witness and make their own to display. It was really powerful and students really felt proud of what they created while also learning a lot. Happy to share details with anyone interested in this approach.
