Hi folks, 

I am looking to change our process to a dual investigator model so that our
conduct hearings cannot be used as the investigation itself. Do any of you use
that model and if so, could you send me your procedures for how you have
implemented it? 

UMD has moved into the Big Ten, so if any Big Ten schools are using this type
of approach, please let me know who you are. I figure its better to build on
what is out there then starting from scratch. Thanks in advance for your help!
