These don't necessarily document the extent of policy changes that have taken place, but rather contextualize the DCL and Title IX in terms of some policy needs re: institutional responses:

  • Cantalupo, N. C. (2012). ‘Decriminilaizing’ campus institutional responses to peer sexual violence. Journal of College and University Law, 38, 483-526.
  • Weizel, L. M. (2012). The process that is due: Preponderance of the evidence as the standard of proof for university adjudications of student-on-student sexual assault complaints. Boston College Law Review 53, 1613-1655.
Eager to hear about other resources.

In solidarity,
Deirdre

Hello all: I am looking for data on the scope of impact of DCL on campus policies.  I know that we all know it was prompted near universal review and revision of sexual misconduct policies, but does anyone have a good recent citation with some data on this?

Thanks SO MUCH for your help.
