Dear Colleagues,
I am in the process of creating a flowchart for our response to sexual assault on campus. In my research, I have come across a number of excellent examples from other schools and have noticed that both counseling and health centers are always all confidential. Does this include the front end, non licensed staff scheduling appointments? What if a student comes to the center and discloses they have been raped and wish to see someone- is that front end staff person then responsible for reporting it to a compliance officer? Why or why not?
Thank you for your assistance.
Stacey
