Hello all,

 

In the event that a student sues the university, our general counsel has found that I (the survivor advocate) can still work with that student as long as I am not named in the lawsuit. I am very happy that this is the case! However as an employee of the university I see a potential conflict of interest and I want to create standardized language that explains this potential conflict. Transparency is of utmost importance.

 

Has anyone drafted such a document? Willing to share?
