Lauren, We provide this type of consultation.  The cost is usually between $250 to $500 for most schools,  and include checklists to help you going forward.  The work is done through our Risk Management Affiliate.

Please let me know if you would like more information.

Subject: Structural/Organizational Case Review

Dear Colleagues,

I’m wondering if any of you know of any one/team that may be able to help our Community Response Team with structural/organizational case review – i.e. looking at trends, gaps in services, enhancements, etc.

Many thanks,

Lauren Donais, MA
