Our community partner, the Family Refuge Center, is advertising for a Sexual Assault Advocate. Please see the announcement below. This position is key for the WVSOM campus, partnering with us on educational efforts, and, of course, providing response. I would be grateful if you could share the announcement with those who may be interested in applying, including any students who were active at your centers and have recently graduated.

FRC has the following job opening: Lewisburg: Family Refuge Center seeks a full-time Sexual Assault Advocate. Advocate will provide crisis intervention, coordinate Sexual Assault Response Team, and assist victims with civil and criminal justice systems. College degree preferred; High school degree or GED required. Must be available for call out on occasional evenings and weekends. Health benefits provided. EOE.
